Hotel Madelon 'Topping Out'

汤头条 President Mark E. Keenum, along with other university and city officials, signed the new Hotel Madelon鈥檚 final beam in a 鈥渢opping out鈥 ceremony before it was lifted to the building鈥檚 highest point today [Sept. 4] on University Drive.

The hotel is the anchor for the new Crossroads District development between the university and the Cotton District and features a 120-room Marriott Tribute Portfolio, full-service restaurant, rooftop bar and dedicated underground parking. The state-of-the-art structure is being built by general contractor Brasfield and Gorrie.
